Brief Biography:
I engaged in graduate studies at Boston College and Harvard University. I have been very active in the community serving on the board of directors of Union Savings Bank and as Vice-Chairman of the board of managers of the Smith Hill Center. I serve on the national panels of the American Arbitration Association and the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service as a dispute resolver. I have lectured at the School of Industrial Relations of the Archdiocese of Boston. I serve on the executive board of the Greater Rhode Island Chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association and am its former president and treasurer.
